"I'm SO writing a blog about this"
Wow, what an eventful day. It all started off donating blood this afternoon. After that was all done I got home and relaxed for about half an hour then realized I needed to drop off a movie at Sobeys for someone to borrow. I got there ay okay, rode my bike so I got there in about 15 minutes. Pretty good, I got there gave my co-worker the DVD, then headed up to the cash office to say hi to the people there. I started to feel a bit dizzy, and I tried to shake it off but it wouldn't go away so I tried to walk it off but the stars in my vision wouldn't go away. I then realized I needed to get my sugar level back up, so I went to buy some cookies and a bottle of orange juice or something. But then I saw Paul and had to ask him something, I knew it wouldn't take long and that I coudl get to my sugar buying soon enough. As soon as he started talking, I felt duzzy, and felt sick, I kept thinking "I'm gonna be sick I'm gonna be sick". The next thing I know Paul is saying" Eric, yo man you ok?" I responded with "Huh? What happened?" I was sitting in the meat bin where he was working and had no idea how I got there. Realizing that I had just blacked out I tell him and the small crowd that had formed around me that "I'm alright". I then got up went to the front and my good buddy Kristen decided that she was going to drive me home. Well, it was a great idea until we realized that my bike wouldn't fit in her trunk. So then we tried to fit both me and my bike in the back seat, which didn't work because I couldn't sit down. So, since Jess was in the front seat we only had one option. The bike goes in the back seat, and I go in the trunk. So dangerous, so illegal but it was the most fun experience I have EVER had in a car!

Cannibis
Attention people who do weed to get high: what the fuck is wrong with you? First of all, what's wrong with being sober? You can have all the fun you want by being sober. Getting high, first of all, does serious brain damage and also (for those women who are trying) lowers womens chances of getting pregnant and also reduces sperm count in males. I could go on and on but he bottom line is: if you're thinking about the now; don't. Your future is more important than your now. Because what happens in the now effects your future so why fuck that up. So putting that into perspective, on April 20th every single year you are celebrating, not "international smoke pot" day but "let's fuck up our future today" day. Why the fuck would you want to celebrate a day that fucks up your life? Does that make any sense what-so-ever? It's the same thing when people get piss drunk. The only comment I have is: why? You feel horrible in the morning, HUGE headache, vomiting all night and a lot of the morning (or whenever you wake up) and also alcohol poisoning can kill.
Seriously people, if you want a REAL high, do something you REALLY enjoy, for lack of a better word, a passion. I act in community theatre, I absolutely love it, gets my adrenaline pumping and puts me in a good mood, even when my character is a depressed son of a bitch. I also LOVE to make films, which also gets my adrenaline going, or playing hockey, or something!
Bottom line, don't do drugs (or for those who don't think weed is a drug, don't smoke weed either), it will destroy your future.

People
OK so I was at work today. For those who don't know I am a cashier at Sobeys in Whitby. There are certain things that piss me right the fuck off. So those who wish to make the world a safer place, here is what NOT to do when you get to a cash register.First of all, the EXPRESS, well, speaks for itself. The sign says 1-8 items. Not 10, not 15, not 20, not 9. 1-8 . If you can't count, put your groceries down and go back to school.
Secondly if YOU have bags, pack them YOURSELF. They are yours, you bought them, your responsibility, YOU pack YOUR bags. You throwing YOUR bags at me tells me that you're fucking lazy and treat me like I'm your bitch. NEWS FLASH: I'm not your bitch. I am a cashier, which means I scan your shit and cash you out. No where in the word cashier does it say I'm your bitch. So don't treat me like one.
Thirdly, if you own a cell phone, and it goes off IGNORE IT! Your phone is not going anywhere, you can wait three minutes to call that person back. If you are on the phone when I am done with the previous customer, HANG UP. I am a person too who would like a conversation and who has feelings. Plus it's rude, so no cell phone ok? :)
Next, if you're a rude (son of a) bitch, either stay home, starve to death or get someone pleasant to do your shopping for you, once again, hello I'm not your bitch or your emotional punching bag. If you ARE rude to me, I will return the favour kay? :)
My number one pet peeve. If you have a basket, EMPTY IT!! I am NOT your slave. If you do not co-operate when I ask nicely, your shit will get dumped on the belt, regardless of what is in it. Same goes for YOUR bags.
So, if you are wondering why the cashier seemed to be in a foul mood, you or someone else probably did one of these things. If you want to avoid an angry cashier, be nice to them, we are people too!
PS Mr. iPod guy, TURN OFF YOUR FUCKING MUSIC AND STOP BEING SO GOD DAMNED LAZY!!
That is all :)

Friends
The definition of friends from www.merriam-webster.com:
Pronunciation: \ˈfrend\
Pronunciation: \ˈfrend\
Function: noun
Etymology: Middle English frend, from Old English frēond; akin to Old High Germanfriunt friend, Old English frēon to love, frēo free
Date: before 12th century
1 a : one attached to another by affection or esteem
This is the official definition of friend. To me, it's a little too old fashioned, so I will try to explain MY definition of friendship.
A friend is someone who you you can always rely on when you are down, a crutch so to say. A friend is someone you are always there for. A friend is someone who doesn't blow you off for their bf/gf.
And this is where this blog ACTUALLY begins.
You once told me that it wouldn't happen again, that you're "boyfriend" wouldn't get in the way of our friendship again. Well, you lied. It has.
Today you went to see your "boyfriend" and you said, "I'll t(e)xt you later I'm with (boyfriend)". That was the FIRST text I got from you when I said hello to you in a text message. All I wanted to do was text, or talk or say hey kinda thing. You could have talked for a bit instead of completely blowing me off from first contact. The last text you sent was "Im with him am i not allowed to just focus on him (?)" Well yes of course you can! he's your boyfriend I can't stop that. But it's nice to show a little courtesy to your best friend.
Now this only applies to me, but this is how I order people in my life according to importance:
1.Family
2. Friends
3. Girlfriend (aka Chelsey)
Does that make sense? For example, one day Chelsey may not be there (this is hypothetical of course), my friends will be there for me no matter what, well the true friends will be. If you cut off your friends, who will you have to help you get back up on your feet? Yes family will be there, but they never do as good of a job as your friends.
Keep that in mind please the next time you decide to blow off your best friend.

Best Friends Forever?
That's what you told me. You promised time and time again and now look what you're doing. You were the only person I could go to about anything, and now look what you're doing; you are taking away a lot from me. You were my best friend that I could go to about anything whether it was good or bad, you were the first to know most of the time. Now, you're ignoring me. Because of some kind of curse? Yeah I fucked up, but that's why people give second chances and I don't understand why you won't give me that chance. It hurts so much! You tell me I am not listening to your side of the story, but you are not explaining it properly. Something about a best friend curse and that you can never have a best friend. Please give me that second chance to show you. I promise that I won't hurt you! I am not trying to toot my own horn but I am a really good friend and I deserve that chance to show you. I promise I will not hurt you and i will be the best friend you ever had.
I hope you read this and I really want this to work out between the two of us.

Unity 2010
April 4 2010,
Today is the day after Unity 1918. There are a few people I want to acknowledge from this play that have made a huge impact on my life.
Darren: My one and only gay best friend. You have such talent Darren! You are one of few people in a play that I really want to keep in contact after the run is over. You have such enthusiasm and amazing charisma. You're close friendship is something that I treasure and will hold on to for many years to come. "Darren, would you like the honours of squirting my face?" lol what an awesome moment! Even when I was in a really down mood you always found a way to put a smile on my face, which can be a challenging task. Thank you for the memories and I look forward to new ones in the very near future.
Amy: A new friendship in the making. You have awesome talent too, I look forward to be in new plays with you again and to continue this awesome friendship. You're an awesome person Amy, so so random, which is what is so awesome about you. I looked forward to seeing you every show/rehearsal because you always put a smile on my face. Thanks for the memories, looking forward to new ones.
Kathy: The best stage manager ever! So many laughs back stage. You are the hardest working, most fun stage manager I have ever met with the best sense of humour! I have learnt so much from you, and I look forward to working with you in future shows!
Carolyn: Wow. That is the best way to describe you're efforts in this show. You are so dedicated and you're enthusiasm for the show was amazing! Thank you so much for everything!
Thank you everyone who attended and supported the show in every fashion. For those who came out; thank you. Without you, we wouldn't have a show.
