I don't want to jinx it, but everything for this short film that I am working on is falling into place soooo fucking well, it's almost scary! I have two fantastic actors working with me and an awesome assistant director, and just everything is coming together so wonderfully. I went to a little bakery/cafe that my neighbour owns, and she's letting me film there, telling me that if they need to stay open later they will for us and everything is absolutely amazing!

We are due to start filming on Monday and I am SOOO excited to get under way :)

What a Potter-Tastical Weekend!!

Well, I was in Woodstock this weekend with my friend Katie. Well, I went there knowing one person, and now I am coming home and have 3 new friends :) Not gonna lie, that was the best part of the weekend!!
It was a simple start really, just chillin' with my best friend Katie and then went to Steph's to swim, which was just, well, a lot of memories there. Some will stay in the pool and never leave :p
Once we were done there, I stayed the night at Katie's, and I now, and will forever, hate cats and I will never get my own because this one decided that it was gonna keep me up all night by laying on me. Remember, I'm a restless sleeper and move a lot. Well, this cat decided that every time I move it would hiss at me and try to attack whatever part of me had just moved. Which was really fucking annoying!
So, then the next day we start the marathon at around 3. Nothing too exciting happened, only that I had 2 new close friends and a dog that loooovveeeesss me, yet barks at me for attention (which is adorable by the way) Then the Harry Potter Marathon began. After the first movie, we ordered pizza and bought 2 4 packs of energy drinks so we could stay up (the sugary stuff was already at home). We made cake, had the Bertie Botts Every Flavoured Beans, and we had Pumpkin Juice (AKA Orange Crush). After the marathon, we all TRIED to sleep, I think only 2 of us succeeded. My friend Katie and I just couldn't fall asleep. Thus I have been awake since noon yesterday :D should be an awesome rest of the day.

The best part is that I am now stuck with a british accent because at 9:30 last night we decided that we were going to talk with the accents until the marathon was over. Well, it carried over and now I can't stop talking like this. Should be an interesting day at work tomorrow!!

What a Day!

Well today was definitely interesting, I made my way to my campus, and somehow got lost. Well, I guess I can tell you how I got lost. I was SUPPOSED to go in a straight line, but I thought that I knew where I was going and decided to stray from the straight line, rendering me lost. I eventually did find my way back, which is a plus! Once I found the campus I stayed  a while watching some summer students in the studio doing their work on filming a segment for some college tv show thing, it was pretty cool. So then on my way back to the train station, I decided that I was hungry and I headed to Pizza Pizza for some grub. On my way there some random crazy little old black lady decided to scream at the top of her lungs, a couple feet away from me "GO FUCK YOURSELF!!" It scared the bejesus out of me! I thought she was going to hit me.

out and about

Well, tomorrow I will be out of town, and this weekend I will be too, but obviously tomorrow is sooner and, well kinda more important than a Harry Potter Marathon (no offence Katie!!) But anyways, tomorrow I will be taking a trip to Toronto to figure out how long and how difficult getting to Centennial will be, so hopefully all goes well :) Now I won't tell people times (just in case you stalkers out there are gonna try and kill me) But it should be a fun trip all and all.

Which is weird, I have been very paranoid about that kinda shit lately, I don't know why, but I have been, it's been weird, but whatever right? Hopefully it's nothing serious lol

a Quickie before work!

Just wanted to make a quick shout out to all you loyal followers before I leave for work. I wanted to let you all know that I am working on a script and that it will be done soon! And hopefully it will be filmed and posted soon too.

Now to warn you, I am only using iMovie at this point in time but in a few months I will have my own copy of final cut pro :)

Registration completed :)

So I got up at 6AM today to register for my college courses. Tired as fuck right now writing this (you know who you are!). This same person told me that I could just go to sleep after, yeah didn't happen -_-

Anyways! I'm very happy about my courses, even though they were already picked out for me. But the times I chose were awesome :) My earliest class is 11:30AM, so I don't have to be up at 4 or 5 just to catch a train to barely make it on time for my first class. And I don't have any late classes either, so I don't have to worry about trying to rush to get to the train to get home.

I GOT A MAC I GOT A MAC :D

So, after 5 years of waiting, I finally got a MacBook Pro :) Well, for school mainly or else I wouldn't have been able to get one otherwise. I absolutely LOVE my Mac! Fuck PC, Mac all the way! The best thing about this baby, is well, everything of course, but it can't get a virus or adware or spyware or anything. The operating system itself is an antivirus program, which is fucking awesome :D

I also checked the Centennial blog last night and FINALLY course registration is on Wednesday. So I set my alarm bright and early to get the courses I want :) (just to make it clear, I have NO idea what courses I need for this program, I guess that's why they have the online helper :P)

Oh and also with the Mac, I got a FREE iPod Touch with it because I bought it for school, so I am LOVING it :D Also I picked up Adobe CS5 Design Standard Suite for students, which is pretty awesome too.

So yeah, Mac is awesome...
